I agree - we live in a time when all around us 'give-up' when any difficulties are placed infront of us. Are we so removed from our parents and grandparents who lived through and survived, by facing up to adversity, two World Wars! I'm not saying keep schools open whatever the conditions, obviously safety is paramount, but come on - was there just reason for so many closures this week. Well done Pentre for staying open - my children enjoy school and had fun in the snow.
